  • What makes this event different from others?
    Our event stands out for its all-year round celebration of international filmmaking, networking opportunities, and the recognition of outstanding talent through various awards. With this first live event we want you to experience Las Vegas as a place of growing gathering and opportunities for filmmakers, and we strive to create an unforgettable experience that brings together filmmakers, industry professionals, and film enthusiasts in a vibrant and unique setting. Also, we will explain how to leverage the photo/video material from our red carpet and venue and the contacts you will make at the event, to give a boost to your career.
  • How are films selected for the screenings on the first day?
    Due to the overwhelming response and limited space available, our selection for the films to be showcased will primarily focus on those from the 2022-2023 edition, with priority given to filmmakers attending the event in person. Spots for the screenings will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis for those who confirm their presence at the event until we reach capacity.
  • Do you offer group discounts for more than five people?
    Yes, we provide group discounts for parties of five or more. Please reach out to our Team at info@vegasmovieawards.com
  • Are there press passes available for the two days?
    Yes, we offer press passes for media representatives covering the event. Please contact our Team at info@vegasmovieawards.com for press pass inquiries.
  • What is the refund policy for tickets?
    Please note that tickets are non-refundable. As we have limited capacity and plan the event and the screening blocks based on confirmed attendees, refunds cannot be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Can I upgrade my ticket?
    If you feel like taking advantage of the VIP ticket upgrades, please let us know as soon as possible at info@. VIP tickets have limited availability, and once they are sold out, it will no longer be possible to upgrade.
  • Where should I stay?
    The venue is located just steps away from the famous Las Vegas Strip, near the Stratosphere. We recommend staying at the hotels closest to the venue, such as the Stratosphere, Ahern Hotel, and Sahara. Other hotels further down the Strip include Hilton Grand Vacations, Resorts World, and Wynn. If you would like to take advantage of the limo service for day 2, please select a hotel within a maximum 5 mile radius of the venue.
  • Can I collaborate with your team to make the event even more memorable?
    Absolutely! We welcome collaborations to enhance the festival experience. Please reach out to our Creative Team at creative@vegasmovieawards.com to discuss collaboration opportunities.
  • Do you still have sponsorship tiers available?
    We appreciate your interest in becoming a sponsor. Although the top positions have already been filled for this year, please contact our Team at info@vegasmovieawards.com to see what spaces are still available for promoting your brand.
  • Can I volunteer at your event?
